cancellation policy
Please give at least 48 hours of notice if you can as that will give me adequate time to fill your session. 24 hours is the very last deadline I'd like to try and fill a spot. If you cancel same day, 100% of your total amount of your session will be billed. If you completely no show without warning, you will be billed the total amount. If I have to charge either of these fees, I also cannot book another appt until it is paid.
In the event of a same day cancellation or a no show, you can opt for me to do a completely remote session at my own convenience and time schedule to make up for the missed appointment.
I do understand that sometimes life gets in the way and we all make mistakes, but as a professional business person who works for myself, I must have these very common business practices in place to protect myself and my business.
